Making Marshmallow Fondant

Colored Marshmallow Fondant can be used to decorate cakes, make shapes or even as candy. Many people like marshmallow fondant because it is sweeter than regular fondant and is a lot less expensive. The ingredients are very simple as all you need is marshmallows (colored or white, mini or regular size), water, and powdered sugar. Food coloring or flavoring is optional.
Place a batch of marshmallows in a bowl in the microwave with several drops of water and heat up until the marshmallows are melted. Next add powdered sugar, food coloring and flavoring if desired.
